Can we measure how this site is used?

If you say yes, we count which pages you open and how far you get in signing up, roughly where in the world the visit comes from, and where on the page people click and how far they scroll, as plain counts. Nothing you type is ever recorded and nothing goes to anyone else. You can accept all of it, choose only some parts, or reject. If you reject, nothing is recorded about you and everything works the same.

Pay for a year at once, or month by month. Every price is before GST. Try any plan free for 1 month with no card. Your trial starts on 7 November 2026, the day MediFlow opens. Every plan adds to the one before it.

Grab your early-bird price for 2 years

Sign up during the early-bird offer and the early-bird price is yours for 2 years from the day you sign up, whether you pay monthly or yearly. We write to you 60 days before your early-bird price ends. After that the standard price applies, the same for everyone.

How the price works

  • GST is added to every price on the invoice.
  • Pay for a year at once and it costs less than twelve monthly payments. Pay month by month if you would rather spread it. You can switch from one to the other whenever you pay.
  • Sign up during the early-bird offer and the early-bird price is yours for 2 years from the day you sign up, whether you pay monthly or yearly. A renewal in the second year stays at the early-bird price; from the third year the standard price applies.
  • The 1 month trial never turns into a payment on its own. You choose when to pay.

Refunds and cancelling

  • The free trial never charges anything. You can download all your data at any time.
  • Paying monthly: cancel any time. A month already paid is not refunded and the plan runs to its end.
  • Paying yearly: if you change your mind within 10 days of paying and your hospital has not entered real patient data, we refund the whole payment. After 10 days, or once real data has been entered, a yearly payment is not refunded.

WhatsApp, on your own number

  • WhatsApp booking bot

    Connect your hospital's own WhatsApp number. Patients book, reschedule and get reminders and bills there, and you build your own flows and campaigns.

    No separate subscription and no shared MediFlow number: you connect your own WhatsApp Business account. 300 messages free to start, then Rs 0.20 a message (Rs 0.40 with an image, PDF or video), plus GST. WhatsApp's own charge for each message is billed to your hospital by Meta.
